Rebecca Nauta is an experienced corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional law matters, including formation, governance, equity and debt financings, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Ms. Nauta was previously the legal chair of the board of directors for Carter Nursery School, Inc., where she advised on legal and business matters. From 2008–2012, Ms. Nauta was a lawyer in WilmerHale’s Transactional Department. During law school, Ms. Nauta was a research assistant for Professor Pettit, where she researched the admissibility of expert testimony, payday loans and consumer law and recently proposed amendments to the rules of evidence.
