The Boston Globe and Commonwealth Institute included WilmerHale in their list of the “Top 100 Women-led Businesses in Massachusetts,” which is a compilation of the area’s female-run, for-profit companies with the highest revenue in 2012. The list of 100 businesses includes only three law firms, while all honorees, covering a broad range of industries, are recognized for their significant impact on Massachusetts and woman leadership.

Susan Murley took leadership of WilmerHale as co-managing partner of the firm with Bob Novick in January 2012, becoming the first female co-managing partner of WilmerHale and one of only a handful of female managing partners across the nation. With more than 25 years of experience, Murley has built a successful corporate practice and continues to inspire with her extraordinary commitment and collaborative management style.
