The Institute for Transnational Arbitration: 7th Annual ITA-ASIL Conference: Arbitration: The End of the Golden Age?

Speaking Engagement
Presented by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration’s Academic Council and The American Society of International Law, this conference focused on the questions of whether a golden age is ending for arbitration or whether the evolution of arbitration and arbitration practice will lead to welcome improvements. Attendees of this conference had the opportunity to engage in two panels, each designed to encourage audience participation. The panels addressed the challenges to international arbitration and the proposed reforms to domestic arbitration in the United States and how those proposals might affect the international field as well.

WilmerHale partner Rachael Kent was a featured speaker at this event. She spoke on the panel entitled, "The relationship between domestic and international arbitration law in the United States."
