This 2013 institute will include a look at Homeland Security and policy issues, regulatory and legislative developments in homeland security, homeland defense and civil support and the role of the military within our borders, the law enforcement agenda for 2013, information sharing issues and perspectives from the federal, state and local governments and the private sector, immigration law and policy, national preparedness, cybersecurity developments, SAFETY Act and PS Prep, careers in homeland security, CFATS, international issues particularly dealing with FCPA and OFAC issues, CFIUS and foreign investments, together with many others.

WilmerHale Partner Jonathan Cedarbaum is a featured speaker at this event, and will be moderating a panel titled "CFIUS in 2013."
