Omari French is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy and Regulatory and Government Affairs Departments, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2012.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. French was an associate at Morrison & Foerster, LLP in San Francisco, where he researched and drafted memoranda on legal questions in the areas of antitrust and appellate law, and complex civil litigation.
While pursuing his legal education, Mr. French served as a summer associate at WilmerHale and at Morrison & Foerster. He also held graduate associate positions at Greenlining Insitute in Berkeley, California, and Education Pioneers in Oakland, where he researched and wrote memoranda regarding areas of California consumer and environmental law, and assisted with a performance review of the culture of service delivery in the Oakland Unified School District, respectively.
In 2005, he also held a summer fellowship with Congresswoman Maxine Waters as part of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.
