Melanie Goins is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2007.
Practice
While in law school, Ms. Goins held summer associate positions at WilmerHale and the New York office of another large international firm. She also served as legal intern with Northeastern University's Office of University Counsel, where she performed research and drafted memoranda on subjects including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, college admissions procedures, legal requirements for modifying university policies and legal drafting standards.
Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Goins was a legal assistant with Shearman & Sterling LLP in San Francisco.
