Mr. Wissmann advises and represents major national and international clients on corporate and regulatory issues in cross-border transactions in the energy sector and in the cable industry.

Professional Activities
Mr. Wissmann is President of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), which currently has more than 600 member companies with a total of 750,000 employees. He is also a member of the International Rolls-Royce Advisory Board and vice chairman of the supervisory board of Seeburger AG.
