Leah Litman is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2012.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Litman was a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court, and the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
While in law school, Ms. Litman was a summer associate in the Washington DC office of an international law firm, and was an intern in the Criminal Appellate Section at the United States Department of Justice. Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Litman was a research associate at a small Washington DC law firm focused on Supreme Court and appellate litigation.
