Lauren Fletcher’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients in patent and trade secret disputes involving cellular technologies, microprocessors, digital cameras, digital video recorders, videogame controllers, medical devices and cosmetic laser devices. She has also assisted companies seeking to protect their trademark rights. Ms. Fletcher has been a member of several WilmerHale trial teams in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to appeals in patent disputes before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Fletcher is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of California, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fletcher clerked for the Honorable Alan D. Lourie at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Fletcher is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
