  • Successfully obtaining summary judgment, which was affirmed on appeal, for a software company in a case in which an employee sought over $10 million in stock options. The case presented an issue of first impression concerning whether vesting was a material term of an option agreement.
  •  
  • Representation of the Boston Celtics in the enforcement of player contracts and the team’s rights under the NBA collective bargaining agreement.
  • Providing immigration support to companies such as AstraZeneca, Red Hat and Thermo Electron in their search for highly skilled labor in the international workforce.
