James (Jim) Quarles was a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. He joined the firm in 1975 and was a former member of the Executive Committee and former managing partner of Hale and Dorr's Washington DC office. Mr. Quarles retired from the firm in 2021.
