We work with clients to improve their internal technology, proprietary information and trade secret protection programs, and to evaluate and structure their internal and online data security programs and deal with security breaches and intrusions. Among other matters, we:
- Obtained an award of $32.7 million in damages for our client Fusion Lighting in an action against Northrop Grumman involving misappropriation of trade secrets and patent rights
- Achieved a favorable settlement for software company Raindrop Geomagic in a trade secret misappropriation suit brought by two large hearing aid manufacturers—Siemens Hearing Instruments and Phonak—involving the application of sophisticated hearing aid software, saving our client the distraction and expense of litigation against two much larger corporations
