Gesine Hild is a counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. She joined the firm in 2009.
Ms. Hild's practice is focused on intellectual property law issues, particularly all aspects of trademark protection and enforcement. She advises corporate clients regarding trademark availability, protection and procurement, license agreements and unfair competition. Ms. Hild has experience in all areas of German and foreign trademark prosecution and is responsible for worldwide trademark portfolios of numerous clients. She has argued cases before the German Federal Patent Court, the European Court of Justice, the European Trademark Office and German district courts.
