Advise clients regarding federal and state requirements applicable to the generation and storage of hazardous waste, as well as requirements related to management and disposal of industrial and solid wastes.
Advise manufacturing clients regarding recycling/reuse options and waste minimization programs (including product reformulation, recycling and other volume reduction strategies).
Advise national waste management firms with respect to permitting issues and requirements for solid and hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facilities.
Advise clients with respect to requirements (including release reporting, response and corrective action).
Represent clients in Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Corrective Action proceedings, including negotiation of various Corrective Action orders.
Represent individual clients and national association with respect to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act reauthorization, and specific Resource Conservation and Recovery Act related legislation.
