Ciara Baker is a partner in the firm’s Transactional Department. Her practice focuses on advising clients—from emerging companies to established public companies—on a broad array of ongoing and transaction-specific executive and equity compensation matters. Her experience in this area includes, among other things, equity incentive plans and awards, executive, retention, severance and change-in-control agreements, non-employee director compensation arrangements and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. In addition, with a grounding in a broad array of tax matters, she assists clients with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and public offerings.
