Frangos, Christina M.

Ms. Frangos is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in January 2011.

Practice

Ms. Frangos represents domestic and foreign companies in the biopharmaceutical, technology, and medical device industries. Ms. Frangos counsels public and private companies in venture capital and public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, matters of SEC and listing exchange compliance, governance, and general corporate law and contract issues.

Ms. Frangos’ practice also involves advising early-stage companies and counseling non-profit corporations on a variety of startup, governance, compliance and collaborative matters.

Ms. Frangos is actively involved with Boston University; she mentors student entrepreneurs and has served as a judge and speaker at the Boston University School of Management and the Institute for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization business plan competitions and educational programs.

Experience

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Frangos was a consultant for the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, where she conducted research on the Dodd-Frank Act. In addition, Ms. Frangos taught an introduction to law course in the Urban Scholars Program at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

Ms. Frangos was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2009. In 2008, she worked as a legal intern for the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.

While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Frangos served as a Writing Fellow in Boston University School of Law’s Research and Writing Program.

Ms. Frangos is a Board Member and the Chair of the Development Committee of the Longwood Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Frangos is a violinist with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra.
