Dr. Christian Crones is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Transactional Department and is a member of the firm's Management Committee. He was admitted to private practice in 1998 and joined the firm in 2002. His practice focuses on German and international corporate and commercial law (including corporate compliance and bankruptcy law), cross-border mergers and acquisitions and transactions.
Practice
Dr. Crones advises national and international clients on the acquisition and sale of companies and shareholdings on compliance-related matters as well as on the structuring of joint ventures and complex commercial transactions. He has an emphasis on regulated industries such as pharma, aviation and energy as well as on clients with a technology-driven background. In addition, Dr. Crones advises companies on bankruptcy, capital markets and banking law matters.
