Practice

Ms. Chandrasekhar’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and internal investigations. She has worked on matters across a range of business sectors before federal and state courts. She has also participated in internal investigations of publicly traded companies, involving examinations into corporate governance and compliance with regulatory guidelines and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chandrasekhar clerked for the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor, who then served on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also litigated cases in federal and state court as a staff attorney fellow with the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project.

Ms. Chandrasekhar was a summer associate with legacy Wilmer Cutler & Pickering LLP in 2003. Before attending law school, Ms. Chandrasekhar was a management consultant for Bain & Company in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Community Involvement

Ms. Chandrasekhar serves on the boards of the Neighborhood Economic Development Advocacy Project (NEDAP) and Chhaya CDC, two economic justice and community development organizations based in New York City.
