Bruce H. Rabinovitz is a retired partner and was a member of the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department and Aviation and European Union Regulatory Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2000.
Practice
Mr. Rabinovitz represented US and foreign air carriers in a variety of administrative, adjudicatory and enforcement matters before the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration. He also counseled US and foreign air carriers regarding compliance with US antitrust laws and unfair competition laws administered by the Department of Transportation. Mr. Rabinovitz advised clients involved in aircraft sale, lease and financing transactions, including negotiating operating, finance and cross-border license agreements; purchase agreements with airframe and engine manufacturers; product support and maintenance agreements; and export sales agreements where the US Ex-Im Bank was involved.
