Brian J. Boyle Jr.

Brian Boyle focuses his practice on securities, financial services, insurance, and complex commercial litigation.  He has represented banks, insurance companies, corporate officers, and securities and insurance professionals charged with violations of state and federal laws. He returned to the firm in 2013 after serving as a clerk to Associate Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Mr. Boyle was named a "Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star" in litigation in the 2012 edition of Boston Magazine.

Past Experience

Mr. Boyle completed an internship for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He also worked in the Frauds Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office, and in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

Professional Activities

Mr. Boyle is a member of the Boston Bar Association and serves on the steering committee for the Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Section. He is also Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the GLBTQ Domestic Violence Project, and he volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay.
