Adam Hornstine is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments, and a member of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007.
Practice
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Hornstine completed a clerkship with the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. While in law school, Mr. Hornstine held a summer associate position with the Boston office of another large international firm, where he performed research for complex litigation, assisted with real estate matters and contributed to corporate merger agreements. As an intern with The Children's Law Center in Washington, DC, Mr. Hornstine drafted pleadings and motions in guardianship, adoption and custody cases, as well as interviewed clients for legal assistance and researched laws concerning children's rights.
As an undergraduate at Harvard University, Mr. Hornstine interned at the Hale and Dorr Legal Serves Center of Harvard Law School.
